Our Story…
As a dessert-lover, Mama Jinhee had a dream of opening a Korean dessert shop for 10+ years. When the opportunity arose, she took the leap and started the first Snowtime dessert cafe in 2017 to share her delicious recipes in Arizona. Since then, Snowtime has expanded to 3 locations in metropolitan Phoenix.
Jinhee’s daughter, Sara, grew up watching her mama’s customers make lasting memories at Snowtime and she wanted to bring that joy to the Bay Area. In 2023, she opened the Bay Area’s first Snowtime in Campbell.
Now, the mama-daughter duo work together to dream up new ways of delivering Korean desserts with their own signature touch. Every recipe from Snowtime’s wide selection of shaved ice (bingsu), soft serve ice cream, boba tea, specialty drinks, and taiyaki is crafted in the family kitchen to freshly authentic deliciousness.
