OUR STORY

Snowtime was born from Mama Jin’s lifelong dream of sharing her love of sweets with others. She grew up loving desserts, especially those with fresh fruit, and was known to always beg her parents for a sweet treat whenever they went out to the grocery market. When the opportunity finally came to open her own dessert shop, she took the leap – turning years of passion and hard work into the heart of Snowtime.

What began as a small dream in Arizona has grown into a beloved dessert destination with locations in Campbell, California and the greater Phoenix area, known for our signature bingsu (Korean shaved ice), taiyaki, soft serve ice cream, and specialty drinks. 

Today, the mama-daughter duo work side by side to dream up new ways of delivering Korean desserts with their signature touch. Every recipe is crafted with care and connection over numerous facetimes, recipe testing, and delivering Korean desserts with their own signature touch.

At Snowtime, every flavor tells a story – honoring traditional tastes while reimagining them through our family recipes and cherished memories. For us, food is our love language and we invite everyone to slow down, connect, and make lifelong memories over the simple joy of sharing dessert together.

We blend authentic Korean inspiration with local tastes, using fresh milk-based snow, house-made sauces, and quality ingredients that make every bite memorable. Our goal is simple: to create desserts that feel sweet like home, and to welcome everyone into the Snowtime family!
